Introduction
It is the country of islands. Japan is frequently called as "The Land of The Rising Sun." Because when sun rises in the east, the country looks very pretty and beautiful. "Nippon" or Nihon" which means "source of the sun" refers to Japan. Flag of Japan represents a red sun on a white background.
Geographically Japan is in the east side. Where as Japan is on the second position in largest market economy. The main sectors including banking, real estate, transportation, telecommunication, science and technology, insurance and retail. Japan is the main hub of exports is electronic goods, automobiles, machinery and chemicals.
The culture of India was rich and dissimilar. The rich enlightening heritage of India is apparent from different civilizations, which flourished in the land and left a long-lasting impression on the minds of the people. The most exclusiveness among this civilization is the Indus Valley Civilization, which is also recognised as Harappan Civilization. People of this Civilization were marked in a particular manner for their strong social and cultural roles, which they played with effortlessness.
India of the 21st century figures out a position for itself as a fiscal power. India has achieved an outstanding break through in rocket, aeronautical and space technologies. India has become the hub of Information technology in south Asia.

Japanese work ethic and culture affects the business with other nations to greater extent because they generally work too hard. To do a business in Japan is in the form of religion, which they have to maintain. Japanese are dedicated towards their business. Japan has a strong group orientation, which can be identified from group affiliation, companies work first individuals work second. There is an “I” in the team that is individuality in a team. Japanese know what is appropriate to say in the public (tatemae).
Honne, which means making a distinction between their feelings. They work in a group mostly. Meetings held regularly in Japan to establish group cohesiveness. They are used to instill in the team confidence, trust and commitment. Meetings in Japan occur frequently, and may appear to have little meaning or outcome. Sometimes the real purpose of an internal meeting is about creating harmony in the office. Further, topics discussed in meetings have often already been decided upon beforehand. This is known as nemawashi – where everyone informally discusses a proposal and gives their input before the meeting.
