Abstract:
How best the manager can manage his work , the management and the Superior and peer relationship when move into next level of hierarchy .
This article focuses on the errors that a newly promoted manager makes about the new job assigned, in handling relationships with employees, the Communication patterns to be used , or at the time of handling problems , using a particular management style or at the time of developing employees.
There are various suggestions and points been given in order to overcome them so as to become a successful manager.

Representing Management to Employees and Employees to Management should go hand in hand with equal.

Justification : I agree with this Statement as after being promoted it requires an altogether new set of skills and KRA’s that needs to be followed , Yet old skills are important but new position brings in with itself new learning capabilities so for a good manager it is required to have delegation of work done to the person who will be deserving next for the position you left.
