Task 19.3.c Evaluate the wider implications of proposed changes within the organization
To run an organization in a profitable and positive scale, the team has to be collectively organized in following their duties. Any organization or company cannot run with a same system for a long time. As time changes there will be a need to change the system to run the organization smoothly. A new vision can be selected through an angle with which the firm can reshape its system. When planning in bringing in a change within the organization; it concerns every employee working in that organization. The changes may affect culturally and traditionally, and may also cause tensions when the organization is sub divided into different sections creating social hierarchy. The change should be done by setting smaller goals to reach out to the long-term goals. Bonding is a process of arrangement where people in the organization are guided into new ways like interacting, thinking and learning. Always have to carry a good attitude towards employees, and being a CEO or the head of the organization should connect with the workers and listen to their concerns and ideas regarding the organization. Group participation and discussions can bring in many new ideas and different approaches to the organization. Most of the time, participating in a team work helps employees think together on a same issue and put forward their opinions and ideas to make a better organization. Experimenting new ideas can cause changes in the strategy of the organizations. Pattern breaking can bring the change in the organization by stopping things done older way, and start a new system leaving behind the older structures and processes that are no longer useful. These are some of the ways of implementing the possible changes within the organization.
Task 19.3.d. Plan, implement and evaluate changes within an organization.
To implement changes within the organization, first diagnose the situation find out where and how the organization can improve its productivity. Form a steering committee, which sets agendas and schedule of businesses by setting up seminars, and meetings. By attending these meetings, participants identify the problem, and analyze the cause of the problem and coming up with possible solutions. These meetings allow the committee to discuss with the participants and their thoughts and ideas about what actually can be done to resolve the problems. These follow-ups help the committee members or supervisors evaluate the participants concerns and ideas before coming up with a solution for the problem. After the plan to solve the problem has been decided, the plan is ready to be implemented. Supervisors or departments who are responsible for solving this problem should maintain positive attitude towards improving the situation. If Supervisors follow the instructions strictly, employees working in that department and under them will automatically blend in with the new situations ...
