Introduction
The key focus in this report will be analysing the change intervention in an organization. The lime light will be McDonalds and about its internal and external drivers that take part in the company. The purpose of the change intervention and perspective that makes others initiating the change will also be discussed.
The second part of the report will be touching on the change strategy that has been adapted and demonstrating different tolls or solution that has been applied. Last but not least, we will be discussing on whether the tools have been modified or being abandon to suit the organisational requirements and also evaluating the alternative strategies that could be relevant.
After reading this report, we will then have an eagle eye view on the evolution of the organization on how the tools and solutions it applies will have an enormous effect on the rise and fall of the organization.

McDonald is one of the leading fast food restaurant in today’s world, well known in the young age group till the older generation. . “The long journey of the burger brand started in 1940, when two brothers, Dick and Mac McDonald opened the first McDonald’s restaurant in San Bernardino, California.( http://lifestyle.iloveindia.com/lounge/history-of-mcdonalds-1806.html ). In 1953, franchising are given to a guy call Neil Fox and more McDonald’s were opened in different countries. 1961, an entrepreneur and milkshake-mixer salesman, Ray Kroc, brought the business of McDonald from the brothers with the sum of 2.7 million. After 13 years, which comes to 1974, 3000th restaurant were opened around the world. In 1984, the main sponsor of the summer Olympics was McDonald Company.Today, the world well known fast food company, McDonald serves more than 38 million customers everyday, well established about 23000 restaurant in more than 100 countries around the world. It is one of the most recognized and stable brands in the world. However, by looking at the needs of the customer now compare to the previous generation, the people today are more concern about healthy food. The awareness of this problem needs changes as every research about healthy food seems to agree that fast food, also call as Junk food, are one of the reason which cause obesity. In order to due with the big issue and compete in today’s market, many changes had been done to overcome globally problems.

Drivers of change, can be also known as the change experience.
