Transformational Leadership is one of the important and famous one in Leadership Styles. As a Manager/Leader uses when he or she wants a group to influence to push the boundaries and Perform beyond the ability or achieve an entirely new set of organizational goals. Lot of People used this Transformational Leadership and everybody has got Good results. When Lee Iacocca took over the management of Chrysler Corporation, his vision and use of Transformational Leadership were integral to the renewed success of the American Automobile company in the face of the almost unstoppable Japanese car industry of the early 1980s.

Who has a clear vision for the organization and he is able to easily communicate that vision to group members is an important quality for a transformational Leader.
Example: He can easily identify what is important and what is not important to individuals and to the organization as a whole.
Confidence:
Who (Transformational Leader) has a good business sense and he is able to see what decisions will affect positively to the organization. It helps the Leader‘s ability to act confidently, Inspiring trust in team members.
Respect and Loyalty:
As a Transformational Leader inspires respect and Loyalty in Individuals by taking the time to let them Know they are important/not.
Expressive Praise:
He is very often expressive in praising individuals and the team to do job well done. To know how much they contributed to one success will steel them for future challenges.
Inspiration:
He is a master at helping people to do something they weren’t sure they capable of doing. The Leader achieves this Through out Praises and Encouraging statements.
